Big Brother. Little Sister.

Tennyson is a big brother. He has been for four long days now.

He’s come a long way.

At first, he didn’t even notice his sister existed.

 

Then, he just wanted her to stay out of his way.

 

But then he noticed how cute she was.

 

And the next day, he even wanted to give her some kisses before he had to leave the hospital.

 

Now that she’s home, he’s really warming up to the idea of having her around. As long as she stays in her sleeper.

We like to “be nice” to her. Her hair is extra soft, and it is fun to stroke the top of her head.

 

This afternoon, he was already trying to share his cookies with her. We are going to have to watch out for that.

I think this is the beginning of a wonderful friendship. Tennyson is going to be the best big brother. She is going to adore him.
